This version of the 2010 NCHJA Rule Book does not include rule changes that will be passed for 2010 at the USEF Annual Meeting. New USEF rules for 2010 applicable to the NCHJA will be incorporated as soon as they are made public. Watch for updates in the future.
Hard copies of the 2010 NCHJA Rule book will be mailed free of charge to all NCHJA members in early March. Replacement hard copies will be available to the general membership for $10, send payment to Alex Dow at the NCHJA Office and a 2010 Rule Book will be mailed.
