Special Note to all Trainers: Please use this form to list all of the individual owners /exhibitors who will be stabled with you. Note that individual requests to be stabled with a specific trainer cannot be honored once stalls have been assigned. The completion and prompt return of this stabling list is of prime importance in assuring accurate stabling.
STABLING INFORMATION: The stall fee for ALL stalls is $300 per stall. There are 192 permanent stalls with metal doors and permanent/attached stall mats. There are 250 FEI Stalls that will be in 12 different temporary buildings. They have swing doors and power to each stall and will be on grass. Stalls will be available Monday, June 26, 2023 at noon and must be vacated Sunday, July 2, 2023 by midnight unless other arrangements are made.
STALL RESERVATION POLICY: All stall requests must be made as directed and payment must be made promptly once invoiced to guarantee stall reservations. Any stalls where payment is received by April 1, 2023 will be discounted by $10 per stall. Stalls will be assigned by Sunday, June 25. Stalls that have not been paid for will not be guaranteed. No refunds after May 1, 2023.
