• 2:00pm – 4:00pm        Annual General Membership Meeting
• 6:30pm – 11:30pm       Awards Banquet, Dinner and Dance

The Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet will be help at The Pinehurst Inn.  All reservations must be received via the Reservation Form no later than December 29, 2024.  We will not be able to seat guest without an advance reservation and payment.
